We are currently supporting a large-scale ERP transformation programme and are looking to engage an experienced Infor M3 Solution Architect to lead solution design activities across complex manufacturing and distribution environments.

This is a senior-level role suited to someone capable of bridging business processes, functional architecture and technical delivery within enterprise-scale M3 landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture within complex Infor M3 environments
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, implementation teams and technical consultants
  • Define scalable and best-practice M3 process solutions across core business functions
  • Support greenfield implementations, rollouts, optimisation programmes and post-go-live stabilisation activities
  • Drive solution governance, process alignment and system design workshops
  • Work closely with integration, data migration and technical teams to ensure solution consistency
  • Provide strategic guidance around M3 CloudSuite, workflows, integrations and future-state architecture
  • Support issue resolution, process redesign and operational improvement initiatives

Required Experience

  • Strong background working with Infor M3 in Solution Architect or senior functional leadership roles
  • Proven experience delivering large ERP implementations or multinational rollouts
  • Strong understanding of core M3 modules including:
    • Sales
    • Procurement
    • Manufacturing
    • Supply Chain / Distribution
    • Warehousing
    • Finance process awareness
  • Experience working across manufacturing, food & beverage, fashion or distribution sectors
  • Comfortable operating within international project environments
  • Experience with Infor OS, integrations, workflows and CloudSuite environments highly beneficial

Preferred Skills

  • Italian language skills preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
  • Experience supporting both business transformation and technical delivery teams
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience advantageous
