Vous interviendrez sur des projets d’implémentation, d’amélioration continue et de support, en collaboration avec les équipes métiers et techniques.

Missions principales

  • Analyser les besoins métiers liés à la Supply Chain
  • Participer aux projets d’implémentation et de déploiement Infor M3
  • Configurer les modules Supply Chain dans Infor M3
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des phases de tests et de formation
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel et la résolution des incidents
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et les chefs de projet
  • Proposer des améliorations de processus et des bonnes pratiques
