Charlie Giddins

Charlie is a Delivery Consultant at IT Works Recruitment Europe, supporting candidates across the European ERP market.

Charlie brings a strong customer-focused approach to his role, developed through his previous experience in retail. Working directly with customers has given him a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving and understanding different needs - skills he now brings to his conversations with candidates.

His approach is centred around listening and building positive relationships, with a focus on understanding what candidates are looking for rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Charlie is looking forward to developing his knowledge of the European ERP market, learning more about the different technologies and specialisms within the sector and building trusted relationships with candidates throughout their careers.
