Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant Location: Fully Remote Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Until the end of January 2027 Workload: 2 days per week Language: Fluent French required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant to support a client with manufacturing processes, production data migration and internal user enablement. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to internal teams, lead workshops, train and support key users, and contribute to the successful migration of production-related data. This is a part-time, fully remote contract requiring strong IFS manufacturing expertise and fluent French communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and best-practice guidance on IFS manufacturing processes and functionality. Lead workshops with internal teams to review manufacturing requirements, processes and system usage. Train and support key users, ensuring they understand relevant IFS functionality and business processes. Liaise with key stakeholders to identify issues, answer queries and support effective system adoption. Support production data migration activities, including data validation and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and optimise the use of IFS. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve manufacturing-related challenges and ensure a smooth transition of data and processes. Required Experience and Skills Strong experience as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant, ideally with hands-on knowledge of production and manufacturing processes. Good understanding of IFS manufacturing functionality and related business processes. Experience supporting production data migration and data validation. Proven ability to lead workshops, deliver training and advise key users. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent French is essential. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

The consultant will provide hands-on IFS ERP support to key operational users, particularly across SCM, Procurement, Production and Finance. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into functional specifications, developing reports and IFS Lobbies, and delivering practical system improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IFS ERP support to key operational users across SCM, Procurement, Production and Finance. Manage, prioritise and track support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently in collaboration with technical teams. Engage with business users to understand operational challenges, gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional specification documents. Develop and improve IFS reports and Lobbies to enhance reporting, Handle SQL requests, including writing SQL queries to support reporting, data analysis and business requirements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within IFS ERP and implement practical solutions. Requirements Fluent French is essential. English-speaking ability is a plus, but not essential. At least 5 years of experience in ERP support, application support and/or post-implementation support. Knowledge on business processes across SCM, Procurement, Production, Finance, Practical experience with SQL queries, reporting and data extraction. Experience developing or configuring IFS Lobbies and reports. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into structured functional specification documents.

Project Manager – NetSuite Location: 100% Remote Start Date: December 2026 Salary: Up to €70,000, depending on experience We are currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong NetSuite/ERP experience to join their team. This is a key role for someone who can manage projects independently while also acting as a mentor and trainer for other Project Managers and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead NetSuite/ERP projects from initiation through to successful delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations. Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Train and mentor other Project Managers, helping to improve project delivery processes and best practices. Support and train clients on project processes and NetSuite-related requirements. Coordinate internal teams and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Act as a senior point of contact for clients and provide guidance throughout implementations and projects. Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within a NetSuite or ERP environment. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Experience mentoring, coaching or training other Project Managers. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Strong understanding of ERP implementations and project delivery. NetSuite experience is highly desirable. Package & Benefits 100% remote working. Salary up to €70,000 depending on experience. Very limited client travel, with visits expected only occasionally when required. Client travel is fully covered. December 2026 start date. Opportunity to take on a senior role with responsibility for both project delivery and developing other Project Managers.
