We're supporting a client with an established Infor M3 environment and are looking for an experienced Italian-speaking Infor M3 Finance Consultant to provide BAU support and optimise existing finance processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day functional support across Infor M3 Finance, resolving incidents and user queries. Analyse and troubleshoot finance-related issues within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets. Support business users with system configuration, process improvements and best practice guidance. Work closely with the internal IT and finance teams to maintain a stable 'as-is' M3 environment. Perform root cause analysis, coordinate testing and support minor enhancements where required. Responsibilities and Scope: Business Process Analysis and Definition Evaluate, analyze, and document existing business processes across departments such as logistics, warehouse management or production logistics. Identify improvement potential using process modeling and process mining tools. Support the definition and standardization of global business processes. ERP Advisory & Implementation Provide expert guidance on our ERP system (Infor LN) configuration and implementation tailored to business needs. Support Infor LN optimization initiatives and the implementation of the Infor Cloudsuite. Ensure our IT solutions align with global business process standards. Requirements Engineering Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate SAP business processes into scalable Infor M3 technical solutions, ensuring best practice adoption throughout the implementation.
