Project Manager – NetSuite

Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: December 2026
Salary: Up to €70,000, depending on experience

We are currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong NetSuite/ERP experience to join their team.

This is a key role for someone who can manage projects independently while also acting as a mentor and trainer for other Project Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite/ERP projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor other Project Managers, helping to improve project delivery processes and best practices.
• Support and train clients on project processes and NetSuite-related requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and provide guidance throughout implementations and projects.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a NetSuite or ERP environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or training other Project Managers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementations and project delivery.
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
