About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organisation based in Stockholm, is embarking on a major transformation programme, upgrading their ERP landscape to IFS Cloud. As part of this strategic initiative, they are seeking a Senior IFS Finance Expert to join their team and play a key role in shaping and optimising future finance processes within the new platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFS professional who combines strong functional finance expertise with hands-on IFS knowledge and enjoys working closely with business stakeholders to drive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Finance SME throughout the IFS Cloud upgrade programme.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define future-state processes.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimisation activities.
  • Configure and support core IFS Finance functionality.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Ensure finance processes align with IFS Cloud best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives following implementation.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering or supporting IFS ERP / IFS Cloud solutions.
  • Strong functional expertise across IFS Finance modules, including:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash Management
    • Financial Reporting
  • Experience participating in IFS upgrades, migration, or transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior finance and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Swedish (B2+ minimum).

Preferred Experience

  • Previous involvement in IFS Cloud upgrade projects.
  • Experience working within international or multi-site organisations.
