The consultant will provide hands-on IFS ERP support to key operational users, particularly across SCM, Procurement, Production and Finance. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into functional specifications, developing reports and IFS Lobbies, and delivering practical system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IFS ERP support to key operational users across SCM, Procurement, Production and Finance.
  • Manage, prioritise and track support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Engage with business users to understand operational challenges, gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional specification documents.
  • Develop and improve IFS reports and Lobbies to enhance reporting,
  • Handle SQL requests, including writing SQL queries to support reporting, data analysis and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within IFS ERP and implement practical solutions.


Requirements

  • Fluent French is essential.
  • English-speaking ability is a plus, but not essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP support, application support and/or post-implementation support.
  • Knowledge on business processes across SCM, Procurement, Production, Finance,
  • Practical experience with SQL queries, reporting and data extraction.
  • Experience developing or configuring IFS Lobbies and reports.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into structured functional specification documents.

IFS Cloud Finance Implementation Lead Location: Netherlands (Only Accepting Candidates based in Netherlands) Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week onsite, 4 days preferred Contract: 12+ months Language: English (Dutch not essential) Technology: IFS Cloud The Role We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Finance Implementation Lead to support a large-scale ERP rollout programme in the Netherlands. The successful consultant will take ownership of individual entity implementations, leading the delivery from planning through to go-live. The role combines strong IFS Finance expertise with project leadership, requiring someone who can manage implementation activities while coordinating internal stakeholders and keeping delivery on track. The rollout is expected to kick off in 2027, initially at a reduced scale, with one site being implemented at a time. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee IFS Cloud implementation activities for individual entities. Take ownership of the implementation plan from initiation through to go-live. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables. Coordinate internal project teams and business stakeholders. Act as the key point of contact for Finance-related implementation activities. Provide strong functional guidance across IFS Finance. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes. Ensure implementation activities remain aligned with the overall programme objectives. Support workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment. Coordinate internal resources and ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time. Provide project reporting and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. Support knowledge transfer to internal teams where appropriate. Requirements Essential Strong experience delivering IFS Cloud implementations. Solid IFS Finance functional expertise. Able to work onsite in the Netherlands at least 3 days per week. Fluent English. Desirable Experience delivering multiple entity rollouts within a larger ERP programme. Experience working within large, multi-entity organisations. Dutch language skills. Experience working with IFS Cloud across Finance and related business processes.
