The Role

We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Finance Implementation Lead to support a large-scale ERP rollout programme in the Netherlands.

The successful consultant will take ownership of individual entity implementations, leading the delivery from planning through to go-live. The role combines strong IFS Finance expertise with project leadership, requiring someone who can manage implementation activities while coordinating internal stakeholders and keeping delivery on track.

The rollout is expected to kick off in 2027, initially at a reduced scale, with one site being implemented at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee IFS Cloud implementation activities for individual entities.
  • Take ownership of the implementation plan from initiation through to go-live.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Finance-related implementation activities.
  • Provide strong functional guidance across IFS Finance.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
  • Ensure implementation activities remain aligned with the overall programme objectives.
  • Support workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment.
  • Coordinate internal resources and ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Provide project reporting and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge transfer to internal teams where appropriate.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong experience delivering IFS Cloud implementations.
  • Solid IFS Finance functional expertise.
  • Previous experience in an implementation lead, project lead or project management capacity.
  • Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and project deliverables.
  • Comfortable coordinating internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes within an ERP environment.
  • Able to work onsite in the Netherlands at least 3 days per week.
  • Fluent English.

Desirable

  • Experience delivering multiple entity rollouts within a larger ERP programme.
  • Experience working within large, multi-entity organisations.
  • Dutch language skills.
  • Experience working with IFS Cloud across Finance and related business processes.
