The Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing Oracle NetSuite consultancy that is looking to hire a NetSuite Support Consultant to join its expanding team in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working directly with customers, and helping organisations get the most from their NetSuite investment. You'll work across a variety of industries, providing day-to-day support while also contributing to system improvements and optimisation projects.

The Role

As a NetSuite Support Consultant, you will:

Provide functional support to NetSuite customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues via ticketing systems, email and phone.
Configure NetSuite to meet customer requirements.
Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports and Dashboards.
Manage user accounts, roles and permissions.
Support data imports and basic system administration.
Investigate system issues and collaborate with technical consultants where required.
Deliver user training and provide guidance on best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimise NetSuite usage.
Support customers during NetSuite quarterly releases, testing and upgrades.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Oracle NetSuite.
Previous experience in a NetSuite Support, NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant role.
A strong understanding of NetSuite Financials.
Experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards and SuiteFlow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
