The Role

We are working with a growing organisation looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to join their team in Germany.

You will act as the bridge between Finance and NetSuite, helping to optimise the ERP system, improve financial processes and support users across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support NetSuite Finance implementations, enhancements and optimisation projects.
  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
  • Configure and optimise core finance functionality including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition and reporting.
  • Analyse existing finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Support month-end, year-end and financial reporting processes within NetSuite.
  • Develop and maintain Saved Searches, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot NetSuite finance-related issues.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations, customisations and system enhancements.
  • Support UAT, user training, documentation and go-live activities.
  • Act as a key NetSuite subject-matter expert for Finance.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, particularly within Finance.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Experience with NetSuite configuration and optimisation.
  • Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, reporting and financial processes.
  • Experience working with Finance stakeholders and translating requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English.
  • Previous experience in a NetSuite consulting or finance systems role.
