Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IFS Manufacturing Consultant to support a client with manufacturing processes, production data migration and internal user enablement.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance to internal teams, lead workshops, train and support key users, and contribute to the successful migration of production-related data. This is a part-time, fully remote contract requiring strong IFS manufacturing expertise and fluent French communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and best-practice guidance on IFS manufacturing processes and functionality.

  • Lead workshops with internal teams to review manufacturing requirements, processes and system usage.

  • Train and support key users, ensuring they understand relevant IFS functionality and business processes.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify issues, answer queries and support effective system adoption.

  • Support production data migration activities, including data validation and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and optimise the use of IFS.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve manufacturing-related challenges and ensure a smooth transition of data and processes.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Strong experience as an IFS Manufacturing Consultant, ideally with hands-on knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.

  • Good understanding of IFS manufacturing functionality and related business processes.

  • Experience supporting production data migration and data validation.

  • Proven ability to lead workshops, deliver training and advise key users.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent French is essential.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

The successful consultant will take ownership of individual entity implementations, leading the delivery from planning through to go-live. The role combines strong IFS Finance expertise with project leadership, requiring someone who can manage implementation activities while coordinating internal stakeholders and keeping delivery on track. The rollout is expected to kick off in 2027, initially at a reduced scale, with one site being implemented at a time. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee IFS Cloud implementation activities for individual entities. Take ownership of the implementation plan from initiation through to go-live. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables. Coordinate internal project teams and business stakeholders. Act as the key point of contact for Finance-related implementation activities. Provide strong functional guidance across IFS Finance. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
