The Role

We are looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant to support a client that has recently gone live with IFS Cloud.

The organisation is looking to standardise its Finance functionality and address a number of legacy issues within its Finance module following the transition to IFS Cloud.

The successful consultant will work closely with the Finance team and key stakeholders to identify issues, improve processes and help establish a more standardised and effective way of working within IFS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance function following the recent IFS Cloud go-live

  • Identify and resolve legacy issues within the IFS Finance module

  • Review existing Finance processes and identify opportunities for standardisation

  • Challenge unnecessary customisations and help align processes with standard IFS functionality

  • Support configuration and functional improvements within IFS Cloud

  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements

  • Support testing, issue resolution and process improvements

  • Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to the internal team

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as an IFS Finance Consultant

  • Proven experience with IFS Cloud, ideally in a post-go-live environment

  • Strong understanding of Finance and accounting processes within IFS

  • Experience resolving legacy issues and improving existing IFS functionality

  • Experience with standardisation and moving towards standard IFS functionality

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

  • Native Danish speaker

  • Fluent English

  • Able to work independently and quickly understand an existing IFS environment
