The Role

We are looking for an experienced IFS System Administrator to support a client through and beyond their upcoming IFS Cloud go-live in mid-October.

The successful candidate will provide ongoing system administration and support, helping ensure the IFS Cloud environment remains stable, secure and well managed as the business moves into live operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IFS support tickets
  • Administer user access rights and permissions
  • Manage and maintain IFS layouts
  • Configure and support events and triggers
  • Monitor and manage background jobs
  • Manage and troubleshoot IFS queues
  • Investigate and resolve system issues
  • Provide ongoing administration and support following the IFS Cloud go-live
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the system is operating effectively

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as an IFS System Administrator
  • Experience with IFS Cloud
  • Previous experience supporting an IFS go-live or post-go-live environment
  • Strong knowledge of access rights, layouts, events, triggers, background jobs and queues
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
